Listing questions

Include the exact MaxList listing address and enough information for us to identify the advertisement. Do not send identification documents, banking information, cryptocurrency keys or passwords by email.

Account access

Use the password-reset link on the advertiser login page if you cannot access your account. MaxList will never ask you to send your password by email.

Removal requests

If you are asking about removal of a listing, include the listing address and the public phone number shown in the advertisement. Additional automated ownership and removal tools will be added as MaxList develops.
