By accessing MaxList or submitting an advertisement, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You must not use MaxList if you do not agree.

Adults only

MaxList is intended only for adults who have reached the age of majority where they live. Content involving minors, suspected minors or anyone presented as a minor is strictly prohibited.

Advertiser responsibilities

Advertisers must provide accurate account information, protect their login credentials and ensure that they have the legal right to publish every photograph, name, phone number, email address, website and statement contained in their advertisements.

Advertisers may not impersonate another person, publish photographs without permission, make false professional or licensing claims, promote unlawful activity, submit malware or attempt to evade account restrictions.

Photographs and public information

Submitted advertisements are public. Search engines and other services may index or copy listing titles, descriptions, photographs, phone numbers, email addresses and website links. Do not submit information you are not prepared to publish publicly.

Independent advertisements

Advertisers are independent. MaxList is not an employer, representative, agency, clinic, booking service, payment processor or party to communications, meetings or transactions between users.

Payments and safety

MaxList does not process appointment payments or guarantee appointments. Be cautious with deposits and advance payments. Verify the advertiser before sending money.

Therapeutic massage credentials

Visitors are responsible for independently verifying professional credentials, association memberships and licence information. A listing or link on MaxList is not an endorsement or verification by MaxList.

Moderation and removal

MaxList may edit, rewrite, reformat, reject, suspend, expire or remove advertisements and accounts when reasonably necessary for website operations, quality, safety, legal compliance or enforcement of these Terms. MaxList is not required to publish every submission.

Third-party websites

External links are provided for convenience. MaxList does not control and is not responsible for third-party websites, their content, security, products or privacy practices.

No guarantee

MaxList is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, search-engine placement, advertising results, identity, availability, safety or the accuracy of user-submitted information.

Changes

These Terms may be updated as MaxList develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
